Key Responsibilities:+ Lead a team of 4 (direct reports) that is responsible for the supervision of outsourced warehouse, logistics and transportation operations (revision of certificates of performance and contracts, ADR management, annual wall-to-wall inventory count);+ Accountable for planning and controlling annual budget of warehousing, transportation and additional logistics activities (incl. unit price negotiation with the Country Lead of 3PP LSP) within the range of 2.5-3.0 MUSD per annum;+ Manage YE inventory value target (met KPI targets every year);+ Deputise Head of SC (represent LOG & SC teams on board meetings);+ Lead process development and organizational transformation projects;+ Contribute to Enterprise SAP implementation project as SME;+ Mentor Supply Chain Analysts

Key responsibilities:+ Manage process development and implementation projects (forecasting, planning);+ Coordinate strategically important product launches;+ Represent the supply chain team at management board meetings on regular basisGained experiences and knowledges:+ Comprehensive business knowledge in both ops & commercial within pharma industry; (logistics, planning, customer relationship, launch and portfolio rationalization)

Resposibilities:+ Administer the portfolio of Teva Debrecen’s biggest client (42% of the annual production output);+ Provide high quality, value-added Customer Service;+ Coordinate the client’s product portfolio from raw material orders through the manufacturing processes to QA/QC and legislation issues as well as FG storage to provide excellent customer experience;+ Conceptualise and contribute to the implementation of such in-house processes that significantly improved the OTIF numbers (increased above 85%) and overall customer service level to match the client’s KPI targets;+ Supervise SO/PO management process as well as schedule and optimise deliveries;+ Create weekly, monthly reports and supply commits and report directly to the site GM and senior management;+ Successfully manage and coordinate external and internal product transfers and product launch projects;+ Actively take part in creation of the annual operation and production plan 2016 of the 2nd largest European production site of Teva (TPW - Debrecen)
