Following the purchase of my employer by Atos, my activities were integrated into the big data and security service line of the Cybersecurity Department. As the Manager of Evidian North America, I retain my previous responsibilities while assisting with the integration of Evidian’s software portfolio into the larger Atos offering.

• Evidian, a subsidiary of Groupe Bull, established in July 2000, is an independent software vendor offering Identity and Authentication Management solutions.Job responsibilities:
• engage with the Sales team on qualified opportunities. Provide preliminary design and architecture to prospective customers (web cast demonstration, conference calls, direct customer calls and written communication);
• assist in the Proposal/Bid process, by providing expert guidance to ensure that all customer concerns regarding the implementation of the product can be addressed;
• set up proof of concepts according to the prospective customers requirements;
• evaluate potentials delays (risk management), interface with the developers to communicate any feedback.

Part of the team in charge of expanding the company service offering with a code review / static analysis capacity. Extensive use of several audit tools [SPIDynamics DevInspect, Fortify Source Code Analysis, KlocWork K7] over a hand made testbed of various Web applications [.NET, J2EE].

• Systems: in charge of identifying hardware and software needs of the company, evaluate products, and purchase chosen solutions [Backup policy, emergency data recovery, AV, IDS].
• Network: design and implementation of the network architecture of the NYC subsidiary. Assessed and secured all data transaction with other subsidiaries. Setup various monitoring solutions [LAN, WAN, VPN, IPSec, SSH.
• Systems: Windows domain administration [Windows NT/XP/2000/2003, Active Directory, group policies, package deployment, Windows Server Update Services, BrightStor ARCserve Backup].
• Systems: setup and management of all servers currently in use, either internally or in production environment [Linux, postfix, samba, Apache, Lighttpd, Webricks, MySQL, MSSQL].
• Developer: various web applications for internal uses [Ruby on Rails, PHP, AJAX,.NET, Nukes, Jira, XOOPS, mediaWiki].

• Project manager: development of an intranet solution for the management of contractual documents (Partnership Agreements, Nestlé) [ASP, VBScript, Javascript, HTML, IIS 5.0, Oracle 8i].• Delivery manager: intranet website dedicated to the processing of statistical inputs (Succès Cinéma, Swiss Federal Statistical Office) [Microsoft.NET (ASP.NET, C#), IIS.

• Migration of all workstations (Windows 95, 98 and NT4) to a Windows domain (Active Directory).• Setup and configuration of the mail backbone (Exchange 2000).
