I’ve successfully completed a number of projects for City Hall on behalf of the Mayor, in time and on budget, detailed below:• Led a £2 million 100 Pocket Parks initiative, providing financial and expert support to London’s local authorities and community sectors. •Led the redesign of Capital Clean-up, a community focused initiative to help tackle London’s litter problem and secured £500,000 in private sector sponsorship to enable the project to be scaled up.• Coordinated London team for an £10m EU Funded project on Nature Based Solutions • Designed and implemented effective communication plans.
