Developed high power airborne ultrasonic phased array transmission systems with a focus on design and production optimization of both electrical and mechanical systems, modeling electromechanical systems, and design for manufacturing. Worked with a small team of engineers where I was tasked with the design and manufacturing of fixtures as well as prototype level design and production of the system.

Coordinated with a team of students to build a solar-powered car for national competition. Worked with sponsorship to procure materials, with a vehicle budget of over $200,000. Organized a seven day trip for nine students to Austin, TX and collaborated with other vehicle teams regarding team resources.Designed CAD models of vehicle parts, including the suspension and frame. Analyzed aerodynamics tests on models, calculating drag force and performed iterative design on the future body of the car. Performed Finite Element Analysis of critical vehicle components. Manufactured vehicle parts using CNC mills and other machining equipment and worked with composite layups for the shell of the vehicle.
