• Assist Manager, Registrations with team management for PML rights, including assignment and prioritization of workload among team• Reviewing and revising Schedule As from new deals to ensure proper on-boarding into Anthem copyright systems and sending registrations worldwide• Notifying collectives, societies, and other third parties of new agreements/assets under Anthem management, including compiling and submitting appropriate documentation and filling out any required forms• Updating and maintaining list of contacts for collectives, societies, and other third parties• Tracking submission and acknowledgement of registrations of collectives, societies, and other third parties• Updating and maintaining Anthem Production Music Libraries agreements file• Lead on PML registration deliveries intake; including keeping updated and accurate registration data in appropriate locations accessible to PML team• Team expert for Anthem’s copyright system• Lead on intake, storing, and distributing PML cue sheets when necessary, with assistance from Manager, PML.• Assessing urgency/complexity of deliveries and assigning to appropriate team members• Preparing and queuing registrations for circulation throughout collections network for new deliveries of PML works• Mentor and lead training of Registrations Coordinator team • Project lead on PML registrations related issues arise, including problem-solving, planning and tracking of resolution• Seek continuing improvements to evolve best practices in registration & on-boarding through enhancement to Conductor or other automation initiatives• Lead auditing PML catalog registrations as required• Liaising with Catalog team to maintain accurate info across various library databases• Liaising with Business Development and Creative teams, and Client Service Managers as necessary to obtain and provide registration information
