Currently Engineering Manager at Hubble, focused on building and running Vietnam engineering team. My day to day work includes hiring, administrating, mentoring, retaining, unblocking people, coordinating and aligning on development processes, team planning and delivery, and of course coding.

Work remotely in Vietnam, I create several bugs by:- Add/integrate pronto (https://github.com/prontolabs/pronto) to automate code reviews process.- Refactor the whole code base to make sure codes are qualified with rubocop (https://github.com/rubocop-hq/rubocop) guides.- Remove squeel (https://github.com/activerecord-hackery/squeel) syntax on the whole code base again to help the team upgrade rails to newer version later on.- Some other bugs on daily tasks.- The rest are created by daily reviewing codes.Side note: This is my first time experience on working remotely with the big team in multiple countries (Singapore, New Zealand, Berlin, etc). To speed up the development and jump into tasks faster I was trying to:- Self on-boarding, self learning via code base and documents.- Take more ownership, not only in my own tasks but also the whole code base, processes.- Keep discipline on the works (standup notes, progress updates/statuses) which I lost in my last week.

- Use Foundation, SASS, jQuery to make sure that misfit.com is a beautiful and responsive site and work smoothly.- Use Ruby on Rails and Python connect with PostgreSQL, MongoDB to build Misfit's micro services: + Misfit Link Server for Misfit Link App. + Server for SDK team (internal tool). + Server for Research App (internal tool). + And some other credential projects.

- Use Ruby on Rails, Bootstrap to build Loyastic -- a Customer Relationship and Loyalty Program platform allowing a wide range of clients to create their own platform to best suite with their business.- Use Ruby on Rails, Bootstrap to build Apotori -- an online management booking system.- Use Ruby 1.9.7 to build LibViewer -- which will consist of a PDF repository and viewer designed to position MEPERIA/McKesson as “the primary source” for product related information and also serve as the third leg of the product search (besides The Matrix and VIM), effectively proving access to millions of products.- Use Ruby on Rails and HTML, CSS to build RGM Web Tool -- Visualize stock trading information on US, EU, Canada and Tokyo.
