The company provides UX/UI consulting, development and execution services for interactive products● Heading and managing complex international projects in the fields of UI/UX for a diverse portfolio of companies, including apps, web, hardware interfaces, medical devices, operating systems and cross sectional projects.● Managing all communications with more than 40 clients and projects for big tech companies (Verint, Intel), early stage startups, bio-med, cyber.● Outlining new products requirements, managing and releasing new versions of existing products, defining product specifications.● Creating work plans and quotations, overseeing budgets and schedules, and tracking project milestones.● Project management for company clients, including defining and characterizing client requirements, and writing product requirement documents for designers and programmers.● Managing a team of 15 interactive, UX designers, including onboarding, training, time and task management.● Responsible for outsourcing and communications with outsourced service companies and freelancers simultaneously facilitating development processes.

● Responsible for public relations activities at the IDC vis-à-vis the Israeli and international media.● Overseeing press coverage for IDC events and international conferences, including the annual Herzliya Conference and a wide range of local symposiums. Responsible for ensuring the participation of senior figures from Israel and abroad. ● Developing and maintaining the IDC's relationships with the media and writing press releases. ● Outlining communication strategies for IDC schools and research centers.● Overseeing and facilitating branding and marketing projects from the concept stage to their final execution.● Producing promotional videos, animated clips, and various marketing materials.● Working closely with the IDC's Digital Department, developing content for the IDC's website, social media platforms and overseeing the IDC magazine "Avantgarde" and managing 10 students on staff.

● Presenting professional material, writing newsletters and official briefings, compiling background research, commenting and maintaining constant communication on behalf of Keshet Media Group to journalists, public figures and government officials.● Crisis management team focusing on PR and regulation related crisis. ● Drafting departmental materials for government regulatory committees and conferences.

Providing youth delegations traveling abroad on state-sponsored public diplomacy missions with the necessary training and support.
