This was a 12 week summer internship where I:Utilized project management skills to complete a new training module on ITsecurity awareness for corporate employees.Compiled information from outdated resources and conducted research in orderto create learning modules using the Rise360 software.Applied time management to complete the project well before the official duedate. I used this extra time to complete secondary projects.Created training courses regarding data privacy and comprehensive lessons onhow to use Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive,and Outlook.Shadowed members throughout the Internet Technology department such asprogrammer analysts, network administrators, and system administrators.Under supervision of the helpdesk, I learned how to complete basic tasks in thecompanies asset tracking software as well as Jira and Active Directory.Coordinated meetings with different members of the IT team to update policiesin the new learning modules.Submitted projects for review and integrated feedback accordingly.
