My responsibilities include the basic tasks of a server. These tasks include, paying attention to guests, serving them to the best ability, and fulfilling all of their requests. However, one thing that Market Place Grill excels at is teamwork. This job incorporates more teamwork than any other job I have had. I have learned to rely and perform for my team members so we can all be accountable for each other.

At the start of my job here I was quickly promoted to the "pizza smith" position. At Blaze Pizza, this position requires an enhanced amount of attention and focus as well as an involved amount of teamwork. I left this job to pursue my next job at MarketPlace Grill.

Sinco Inc. is a metal fabricating and powder coating factory locally owned by Dennis Spradlin. I worked here for two summers during High School. My responsibilities included operating machinery, welding, assembling parts, cleaning, and various small projects. With this being my first job I was able to get exposure to teamwork, labor, and multitasking skills.
