• Led a team to plan for the closure of ten major contract training sites to consolidate hard skills training for 10,000 students per year at the Department’s newly opened Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC).• Coordinated project timelines to identify how resources would be shifted. Identified advance, main body, and caretaker elements as training shifted and contract sites closed.• Briefed key audiences throughout the Department about the value-added benefits of this new training center, to include briefing 800 diplomatic security staff at the biennial RSO conference in Washington.

• Partnered with foreign law enforcement to deliver counterterrorism training in major incident planning, mass casualty response, maritime/ land border security.• Conducted strategic planning with the Bureau of Counterterrorism to plan long-term training outcomes for counterterrorism police forces battling Boko Haram, al-Shabaab, Jemaah Islamiyah, and ISIS in the Philippines.• Planned, organized, and oversaw the execution of a tri-border exercise for border security forces in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
