• Conducted a full Knowledge Management and Technical Assessment of OUSD(I&S) data, files, and resources. • Provided valuable feedback on team development and strategic implementation in migrating I&S information to DoD365. • Assessed Rockwood internal data processes and provided valuable knowledge management and data management feedback.• Created apps to track employees, management calls, client deliverables, and other assets.• Refined Rockwood’s intranet resources and provided process integration between client deliverables, documents, and reports to enhance company development and change management strategies.

• Managed Knowledge Management Team, deliverables, and development to create the most used SharePoint environments under DoS Diplomatic Security. (30K users per month and over 1 billion in approved transactions)• Implemented process improvements by creating environments and applications to assist multiple divisions with large construction projects and a range of special embassy related activities.• Direct support to government customer, management, and teams on all aspects of SharePoint environment and all created applications.• Managed multiple transitions of program data from physical documents to cloud environments through the implementation of automated cloud-based forms and processes. • Provided graphic and visual design on all divisions materials by creating division logos, site graphics, annual reports, and presentation materials.
