Current- Innovatively created a new tier system of membership, providing members with greater control over their benefits and significantly increasing the return on investment (ROI) for joining the organization.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives, focusing on acquiring new members and enhancing retention efforts for a thriving membership community of approximately 800 members.
- Plan and execute dynamic membership events, creating valuable networking opportunities and elevating the overall member experience.
- Manage a team of 40 volunteer Ambassadors, overseeing their engagement and coordination to amplify the impact of the membership program.
- Serve as a key representative of the Chamber, stepping in for the CEO when needed, and effectively communicating the organization's mission and values.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align membership initiatives with overall organizational goals, contributing to the Chamber's success and growth.
