I am pursuing an associate's degree in computer science at Bluegrass Community and Technical College, expected to graduate in 2025. I have been working as an IT support specialist at Central Bank & Trust Co. since April 2023, providing IT help desk and support services to the bank's employees. I have developed core competencies in time management, scheduling, inventory management, and troubleshooting.In my previous role as a store manager at Starbucks, I ran a store for the Starbucks Corporation, managing up to 30 employees. I was responsible for making schedules, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. I also gained valuable retail experience and skills, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. I am motivated by learning new things, helping others, and working in a dynamic and diverse environment. I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the IT team, as I have a background in both computer science and retail. I am eager to contribute to the bank's IT projects, support its digital transformation, and enhance its customer service.
