Worked between the design, development, and business teams to push the Wink platform forward into the future. Conducted a biweekly prototyping session where multidisciplinary teams within Wink would be spun up to explore different problems and questions related to the Smart Home. Helped start the QA department at Wink and the beta testing program. Facilitated the flow of information and ideas between teams that were previously siloed.

Managed the iOS development team within Quirky to create the Wink app. Led the dev team as we transitioned from an in-house development squad to a full-fledged startup in our own office. Managed the transition from a small Quirky app to the most comprehensive smart home platform in existence, covering over 100 different products from many different brands on one platform. Essentially, our app was many apps in one.

Developed the Nike +Basketball and Nike +Training iOS apps through their entire life cycles. Worked with integrating bluetooth enabled sneakers, mobile devices and an enterprise database system. Currently prototyping the future of Nike+ using devices like the Nike Fuelband.

At CMP I worked with Charlie Morrow, noted composer and sound artist, to develop dynamic and interactive systems to drive 3D sound installations for design, retail and architectural clients.- My work can be seen in permanent installation at Fortaleza Hall on the campus of SC Johnson Wax in Racine, WI. There I created a system to produce an immersive soundscape that dynamically adjusts itself based on local weather readings and time of day.

Designed and developed games for a proprietary interactive LED dancefloor system using Java. Lightspace had been kind enough to sponsor my graduate thesis research and hired me after earning my degree to continue this work. - Two of the games I created were part of Lightspace's arcade offering. - Created the "Imagination Light Canvas" for Philips for installation in children's hospitals such as the Mercy Medical Center in Rogers, AR and Birmingham Children's Hospital in the UK.
