Teaching 12 separate classes at a secondary school called Isabel la Catolica in Madrid. I had to catch the imagination of my students, who were understandably sceptical of the new foreign teacher. However, I quickly gained valuable experience in creating and presenting interesting pitches and presentations, which increased their attention and cooperation. I believe this coupled with my enthusiasm and dedication was a success for both my students and myself.- I explained new ideas and unfamiliar concepts in a comprehensible and concise way so that my students could understand. - I kept a high level of communication between students, teachers, parents and administration officials. - The students I worked with had different backgrounds and abilities. Being patience help me deal with students who act out or have trouble following the material.- I found various different ways to involve students into their lessons. - I worked towards creating a healthy relationships with students and faculty which helps create a quality learning environment.
