AboutHi! My name is Noah Meier, and I am an architect currently residing in Minneapolis, Minnesota with my partner and our neurotic dog. I completed my masters of architecture at North Dakota State University in the spring of 2020 amidst a global pandemic, obtained my license in 2024, and I am now studying to become LEED AP BD+C certified. My specialty in recent years has become healthcare architecture and behavioral healthcare design, but I am passionate about creating equitable, sustainable, and nurturing spaces no matter what building typology I am designing for.I am a proud member of my work’s Equity Committee, where I lead the “Equity Book Club” as well as the “Equity Cafe Subcommittee”. This subcommittee organizes internal presentations, workshops, and discussions on a variety of equity topics, focusing primarily on equity in the workplace and “equity in design”. It’s been a truly incredible experience having an active role in shaping my work’s culture, our internal equity training, as well as the way that we interact with and engage our clients.
