Projects valued from $750,000 to $15,000,000.• Responsibilities include: design, blueprint review, analysis of projects, project budgeting,preparation of construction documents, bidding, negotiations, subcontractor selection, andmaterial purchasing. In addition, manage crews of up to fifty various trade workers.• coordinated the installation and maintenance of numerous solar arrays

• Project Manager for custom built homes valued from $2M to $5M; located in the Pronghorn andBrasada Ranch communities within Central Oregon.• Financially responsible for entire building process, from inception to completion. Dutiesincluded: submittals and monthly draws for each project as well as interfacing with clientsregarding the monthly expenses, and procurement of licensing for new projects.• Involved in all facets of the building process including: design, estimation, bidding, scheduling,and managing the construction site staff.
