Work to enhance the user experience and purchasing consistency by owning the Tactical Buying function, leveraging spend category designed guidebooks to drive tactical sourcing outcomes while assigning requests that can be otherwise dispositioned to appropriate procurement teams or sourcing channels. The individual will be expected to lead the end-to-end sourcing process for certain projects through transactional relationships with suppliers and business stakeholders. Cross-functional and cross-business coordination within Humana, the ECM organization and with Humana's supplier base is required.
