I am Noah Temple, a passionate social entrepreneur and the founder of Junior Java, a specialty coffee company committed to promoting education equity on a global scale. As a rising senior at Ladue Horton Watkins High School in St. Louis, Missouri, I currently serve as the Student Body Treasurer, where I manage financial responsibilities and lead initiatives that benefit the student community.My journey in entrepreneurship began at a young age, driven by a desire to make a tangible impact in the world. Through Junior Java, I have donated nearly $5,000 worth of school supplies to children in need around the globe and contributed over $5,000 to support my church’s youth ministry and my school’s DECA program. In addition to my entrepreneurial efforts, I am the President of the Youth Ministry at Central Baptist Church, where I lead fundraising initiatives and organize events that foster spiritual growth among our youth.My leadership extends beyond my business and school roles; I serve as the team captain of the St. Louis chapter of the National Black MBA Association’s Leaders of Tomorrow program. Over the past three years, I have led my team to notable successes, including winning first place in the 2022 National Black MBA Pitch Competition, where I secured $10,000 in prize money, and securing second place in the National Business Case Competition in both 2023 and 2024, earning $10,000 in scholarships each year.In addition to my entrepreneurial and leadership endeavors, I am also a sought-after keynote speaker, having shared my story and insights at various conferences, including the Missouri Afterschool Network statewide conference.Currently, I am working on a book about social entrepreneurship, aiming to inspire other youth across the country to pursue their passions and make a difference in their communities.My experiences have equipped me with a unique blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and a deep commitment to social impact.
