Santa Clara University SCDI (December 2018 - Present)The Sobrato Campus for Discovery and Innovation consists of classrooms, labs, research, study and office space. This 270,000 squarefoot building is built on the site of the previous engineering and law buildings with a 4-story wing on the east side and 3-story wings on the north and south. The courtyard in the middle will open up towards Heafey Hall and Bergin Hall to create an interconnection between all of the STEM facilitiesCHURCH AND CASTRO, Mountain View (June 2016-November 2018):Mixed-use project consisting of commercial and residential buildings in the heart of downtown Mountain View. The commercial portion consists of a 96,579 SF warm shell office with retail, and three levels of subterranean parking. The residential portion of this project features an 18,078 SF, 3-story mixed-use residential building. The building sits on podium level with an underground garage below, shared with the adjacent office building on the site. Lam Research CA3E (April 2014-May 2016)New construction of 134,000-square-foot facility consisting of semiconductor clean room, R&D and office space on Lam's Fremont Campus. The new structure includes 44,000 SF of Class 1,000 or better clean room space on a second floor open waffle deck and an equal amount of subfab space below, also included is 40,000 SF of office/dry lab space. Cisco Parking Structures 1, 2 and 3Project consisting of three design/build post-tensioned long-span cast-in-place concrete garages, each consisting of three levels of above grade parking. Structure 1 is 239,141 SF and provides 788 stalls. Structure 2 is 225,031 SF and provides 743 stalls. Structure 3 is 319,085 SF and provides 1032 stalls.All the garages feature charging stations for electric vehicles, vehicle monitoring system, preparations for future photovoltaic system, upgraded signage to match the campus, and a texcoat finish.

DWR South Bay Aqueduct Canal Modifications, Livermore, 2010 - 2012Double the capacity of an existing 13-mile canal by extending the existing concrete liner and adding additional 84” RCP siphon pipes for 3 major road crossings (underground). Various site improvements, Cathodic Protection, and 8 new concrete structures• Mitigated a complex sequence of earthwork and concrete over 13 miles of canal • Tracked and documented all work performed and prepared reports for payment• Managed change orders and cost proposals in excess of 10% of the contract SFO Terminal 3 Improvements, Millbrae, 2009 - 2010Upper Level Viaduct Structural Retrofit, including new Blast Resistant storefront, new grade beams between terminal and parking garage pile caps, new steel jackets on existing concrete columns, and tie-in of finishes to existing baggage claim areas • Organized and discussed traffic and public impacts before each phase of work• Maintain the baseline schedule including cost loading for payment purposes• Completed project early by reorganizing contract-dictated phases in a way to lessen the impact on the existing terminal

The Taube-Koret Campus for Jewish Life, Palo Alto, 2008 - 2009A mixed-use, cultural and residential campus. The 8.5 acre sustainable development consists of 8 concrete and 4 structural steel buildings built over ground-level parking. Includes the Jewish Community Center and 193 senior residential units.• Sequenced and placed the podium and slab on grade • Managed a complex off-gassing mitigation system installed below gradeFoundry Square Building 1, San Francisco, April 2006 – September 2007Concrete structure with 10 floors of office space over two levels of subterranean parking. The structure’s 11th floor consists of 11.5k sq ft of mechanical space and is topped by an undulating metal roof.• Managed all direct labor for concrete operations• Assisted in overcoming the challenge of integrating 8 different skin systems• Oversaw construction of the concrete foundation – 2 levels below grade and within the water table – requiring 24/7 dewatering of the siteSt. Regis Museum Tower, San Francisco, June 2004 – April 200642-Story poured in place and architectural precast 5 star hotel. Includes 269 high end hotel rooms, 102 luxury condominiums, and the 3 story Museum of African Diaspora.• Managed all document and information flow in a challenging design• Successfully closed-out in excess of 75 subcontractors, including owner certified insurance programs and related change orders• Mitigated all skin-related issues including a water-proof design and interface
