-Transitioned Python reporting scripts to SQL queries to be utilized for Powerbi Dashboard outputs.-Assisted in managing document transitions from internal databases to bank wide softwares.-Updated and managed the distribution of key reporting dashboards on a month to month basis.

• Analyzed pricing exception strategies; lead the creation of a new variable mortgage conversiontool and evolved mortgage strategy to increase average spreads across early term variable mortgage renewals. The tool saved the bank around $4000 per relevant exception amongst the tested sample size.• Worked with upper-level management to create and tailor data visualizations and presentation slides for department presentations to global department heads.• Assisted in the roll out and development of a new mortgage bundle offer, tracked referrals and created presentations for managers used to make key strategic decisions about the product.

As an accounts team intern I supported the accounts team and assisted them in servicing a variety of clients such as George Brown, the Canadian Center for child protection and more. Some of my specific responsibilities included creating job estimates for clients, contributing to client update presentations, and coordinating with other teams within our agency regarding media, print, and digital services for our clients.
