CurrentUS Southwest & LATAM - US Southwest region includes Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Southern California, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. - LATAM includes Mexico, South America, Central America and the Caribbean Islands. - Managing the customer journey and lifecycle, accelerating adoption, overcoming barriers, growth & expansion.- Maintaining KPI's per each customer to accurately present account health scores. - Identifying key opportunities for services, product or cloud by analyzing customer barriers and managing the opportunity.- Maximize customer value and drive business growth. Nurture customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and promote product adoption while identifying upsell opportunities and managing renewals.Customer Success Manager Responsibilities (Goal: Growing Net Revenue Retention)- Become the sales business relationship contact & the trusted advisor- Identify & manage upsell/cross-sell opportunities- Develop account expansion strategies- Manage renewals and contracts- Validate usage and entitlements- Monitor customer health metrics- Conduct proactive customer value realization reviews- Provide solution strategy and education- Account synchronization with CRM ManagementAmericas Order Management - Set up deals and quotes in Cisco's CCW-R in consultation with b+s Sales- Promotion and credit assignment / Gather information about current Incentives from Cisco(Cisco Salesforce, Cisco Webinars, etc.)- Get an approval on the deals in cooperation with Cisco AM / PSS / Distributor- Double-check the approved deals and prepare the information for b+s Sales
