Wrote all grants, outgoing newsletters, flyers and handbooks, redesigned the company website, did all editing of filmed events, developed a full curriculum and taught youth about life skills, expanded the program through travel and networking at conferences, franchised the program in New York and San Diego, handled heavy phone traffic and face to face meetings, managed a team of co-workers, training and preparing them.
