Noah is an acclaimed coffee veteran with well over a decade of industry experience. He has worked with Intelligentsia, Stumptown, La Colombe, Cognoscenti, and others in the U.S. and Europe.
Noah is currently a sought-after coffee consultant, having opened Dream Hotel's first in-house coffee bar, Natura Cafe in Nashville, a Blue Bottle location in L.A., oversaw the complete renovation and relaunch of Joe Coffee's Pro Shop in Manhattan, and most recently acted as Consulting Manager of Retail for Five Elephant in Berlin, Germany.
