In my role at ALDI, I had the opportunity to work across various departments, contributing to key initiatives and gaining valuable insights into our operations. Below are some highlights of my recent projects and achievements:• Facilitated and contributed to daily performance review (DPR) meetings, driving team engagement and focusing on operational efficiency and improvement. • Led a project focused on improving the warehouse Cycle Count Inventory (CCI) for the Dwight division, analyzing current processes and proposing targeted solutions for enhanced accuracy and efficiency. • Gained comprehensive experience across all aspects of the ALDI operation, including Receiving, Selection, and Inventory Control, by collaborating closely with each department.

During my time at P&G, I earned two promotions within four months and assumed responsibility for assisting in the supervision of daily operations, including but not limited to:• Managing anywhere from 50 to 100 associates daily and 5-10 production lines• Revising paperwork from our team leads and recording efficiency and production numbers from each line • Troubleshooting any line issues and resolving complications to improve overall efficiency• Conducting orientation for new employees to familiarize them with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
