Manage team of 25 and serve as the media and public relations contact for 19 NCAA Division II Sports. Create, implement, and maintain Lynn’s official athletic website. Perform various roles from Restoration specialist to Project Manager to service customers needs. Wrote press releases and handled Frostburg's social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and web-streaming videos. Served on the Athletic Program Advisory Group and FSU Hall of Fame Committee.- Spent 6 months researching new trends and designs to create and launch the new athletic website that initially released highlight videos in 2006, then re-launched new sites every 3 years to stay relevant and keep up with marketing movements.- Built and implemented a strategic growth plan for staff development that included hiring paid positions for 36 undergraduate student workers across 22 sports and over 100 home athletic events that became the standardized template for departments across the University.- Designed a 10-month billboard campaign, created marketing ads, and selected strategic locations that increased fan attendance by 20% through offering free admission to home athletic events.- Designed comprehensive media guides, press publications and arena/stadium signage for all 22 varsity sports using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. All layouts and designs created by communications staff. 2018-19 Excellence in Print Awards by Printing & Graphics Association Mid-Atlantic (PGAMA)- Increased Frostburg State Athletics social media presence by nearly 11,000 followers by combining all four social media platforms, allowing thousands of more fans to watch highlight videos and interview segments on YouTube.
