Design Engineer
Current• Wireless design and optimization of cellular networks.• Evaluating projects to support network evolution to meet growing subscriber demand, analyzing coverage, available capacity and low throughput sites to determine the best approach.• Developing project related Installation Work Order documents for new site builds and network augmentation.• Create Visionael design for new and existing site.• Working with and providing guidance to construction and civil engineering, transport planning, equipment engineering.• Leading network collaboration meetings, design reviews, and change meetings.• leading project in regional basic for ISED Canada report to work on discrepancy.• Working on a variety of projects such as new site construction, switching Huawei sites to Nokia or Ericsson, and implementing n78 band in GTA by either upgrading existing sites or placing microcells in hydro poles.
