Having had over a two decades in the estate agency business I have developed a wealth of experience driving estate agency businesses forward. My main strengths are communication and motivating others by understanding the difficulties offices and employees encounter and producing and putting into place systems and processes to help everyone succeed.I've worked for large corporate estate agents for the 12 years, as a Area Manager, then Area Director across 15 offices and more recently as a Regional Sales Director leading teams across 23 offices for a independent franchise estate agency with turnover of circa 9 million.Delivering exceptional results, growing our market share and brand awareness.
