Assistant Director of Ambulatory Care (Site Access Lead &Template Management Dept.) Site Access Lead: Facilitate All Access improvement meetings for Ambulatory Care services.Template Management Department: Responsible for the day-to-day oversight, coordination and evaluation of administrative operations for all medical practice provider schedules within the Department of Ambulatory Care.• Create and oversee Fill Rate Denominators for each Access Department.• Ensure all Access departments are meeting weekly compliance goals in terms of Fill Rate, appointments Attended and appointment No Show rate tracking.• Implement best practices to create patient appointment access by tracking the facility’s TNAA (Third Next Available Appointment).• Site Administrator for Microsoft Sharepoint for all Access users.• Calculate and Provide Adult Primary Care Practice Cycle Times (Average/Median).• Supervise and oversee all Template Managers for Ambulatory Care within their disciplines (Medicine/Specialties, Pediatrics/Specialties, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Behavioral Health, Cancer Center, HIV Services, all other specialty outpatient practices).• Coordinate and assign duties for Coordinating and Assistant Coordinating Managers.

Build and manage resource providers and all schedulers across the Coney Island Network.
