Here at Ring A Link we have a fleet of 23 vehicles. I plan and manage all aspects of compliance both for vehicles and drivers. Monitor vehicle safety checks, ensure all vehicle legal documentation updated and tachograph compliance both for drivers and vehicle's. Schedule maintenance programmes, liaison with senior management, garage management and key staff internal and external. Roster Holidays for staff of 30 plus including office staff and drivers, schedule relief cover where required. I monitor and ensure all drivers are operating safety and legally in compiance with tachograph legislation and working time directive such as driver hours, rest breaks, infringement reporting, walkaround checks and training. I manage and coordinate all driver training from driver CPC, Gluais vehicle evacuation and manual handling training when required to name but a few.
