Test Director on an IT Separation Project for an Australian joint venture Retail Bank in Cambodia. This was a share sale of the bank to a Japanese Financial consortium. The project comprised of separating the Core Infrastructure network, standing up the Core Banking application, a series of integrated banking applications on premise and in AWS and migrating data to those applications. Rolling out desktops to 18 branches and a network of ATMs across the country. My role was to create a testing framework, deliver strategies and plans, manage a test team in Sydney and Cambodia and deliver test environments to support SIT and UAT test phases, while co-ordinating the testing effort across multiple geographies world-wide. I was also involved in Implementation BVT activities.
