I help people who want to become leaders of their own lives again. Sometimes we get lost in the shuffle of our own lives, just pushing through it all and our own voice gets lost; I help people in their 'remembering' of who they once wanted to be and together we map how to become the leaders they want to be in the world. My background: Grew up in Ireland, moving to the US at 18. I spent the first 9 years of my career as a Marine Corps officer leading high performance teams globally in both combat and diplomatic roles. Realizing I was more interested in being part of the world's braintrust to design a better future, I left and went to business school and transitioned to the startup world in order to work more directly in social innovation and creating the next generation of inclusive leaders. I found my way to leadership coaching & consulting as the most authentic way to scale my impact in the world - working with emerging leaders solving for problems that matter. I am now humbled to have worked with hundreds of extraordinary social entrepreneurs and leaders in innovative organizations globally on leadership development, communications, strategy creation, and culture transformations.
