As a Human Resources Business Partner with RadioShack and now with Rainbow Apparel, I have taken on several roles including the most recent as a Corporate HR Business Partner, other roles included Talent Management Manager, Field Recruiting Manager, Regional Human Resources Manager, Area Recruiting Manager, and People Development Manager. I posted cases in our Company’s Employee Relations Management System; these Cases include Harassment, Wages/Hourly Disputes, Discrimination, Policy Issues, Time, and Benefit Issues.I proactively worked with Business Partners to formulate strategies to improve Open Door and Communication Policies. In addition, drafted and submitted company responses to EEOC charges. In the Talent Management role there was weekly follow-up with Internal Business Partners on the Performance Management of teams and putting together action plans. Review of internal promotions; worked with Regional Sales Director to formulate Individual Development Plans to keep candidates not selected engage; develop plans to improve retention from results for engagement survey; provide Business Partners strategies on team engagement plans and succession planning. As Training and Development leader, it is an essential responsibility to deliver company compliance courses to the team. This includes on boarding and training of internals and externals the monitoring, and following up of Individual Development Plans.
