As a certified personal trainer and fitness professional, I am excited to announce the launch of my own platform, GET FIT! I will be offering online fitness classes, wellness opportunities and special health-related events. One of the things I have most missed in this isolating COVID world is the social aspect of my workouts; I loved seeing many of you in classes at SoulCycle, SLT and Exceed and developed friendships through those venues that I treasure to this day. My main goal with GET FIT is to build a community—at first on Zoom but eventually outdoors as well. Also, because these are hard times and there are countless fitness options out there, I believe that financial constraints should never preclude someone from pursuing health and wellness. Whatever contribution you wish to make (suggested $10) can be sent to me via Venmo @noellepenna, CashApp $thefitfoodcoach or through Zelle thefitfoodcoach@gmail.com and will count as your registration. I will send out the Zoom link the night before the class. And if you cannot make it live, I will send you the recording!
