Clutch Physical Therapy + Performance is a PT-owned clinic on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, built by athletes, for athletes. We pride ourselves on providing the highest caliber of one-on-one care in sports and orthopedic physical therapy, post-operative rehab and sports performance enhancement in New York City. As athletes ourselves, we understand the caged-animal kind of mentality our patient athletes get when they're sidelined, and do everything in our power to get them back to doing what they love. We believe in full body assessment to pinpoint the root cause of dysfunction so we can relieve their pain, prevent it from recurring, and customize a functional treatment plan to help them reach their rehabilitation and performance goals. We also place a high value on the development of long term relationships with the athletes we treat so they stick around — not only for pre-hab and conditioning to stay at the top of their game, but for the support of a like-minded community. We're often out there training and competing right along with them.
