Noelle successfully recruited high-level athletes to bring the Marist program to a new level of conference and regional competitiveness. As a result, the athletes she recruited experienced success both during her tenure coaching them and after she left the program. This experience has served her well as she is now growing the Penn State Abington program. In her work as a club coach of high school-aged students Noelle developed players into college prospects and was a touchstone while they applied to colleges. She provided counsel to both those those pursuing college lacrosse and those not. Noelle is one of the most hard-working, committed and kind-hearted people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
