As a member of the Group Board of Directors I have led the digital transformation & the integration and modernisation of the technology landscape of Leen Bakker & Kwantum. Responsibilities included:• Building an integrated Tech & Data organization for HFG of over 100 IT professionals.• Leading a back end modernization program based on the Microsoft Dynamics suite (a 20+ million euro investment program).• Integrating the E-commerce businesses of Leen Bakker & Kwantum onto one Omni Channel platform based on headless architecture creating a 200+ million euro turnover platform (Go-live January 2023).• Implementing & Optimising a Safe/Agile way of working within HFG Tech & Data, consisting of 9 DevOps teams

Driving Leen Bakker’s transformation from a multi-channel Home & Garden retailer to a Omni Channel retailer in the Dutch and Belgian market. Responsibilities included: • Building the digital organization within Leen Bakker, including Online marketing, Category Management, Operations and Customer Service (approx. 30 fte)• Full P&L responsibility for the online business (no. 26 in the 2022 Twinkle 100 with 179 million euro turnover, triple the turnover of 2018). • Developing & Executing the Omni Channel strategy & roadmap.• Led the carve out from Nextail (Blokker Holding) to Leen Bakker in 2018.• Launched Leen Bakker’s online marketplace in 2019.Leen Bakker’s online sales surpassed the €60 million mark in 2018. I have led the successful carve out of all online activities (which were outsourced with Nextail, a full service E-commerce company part of Blokker Holding) & in sourced them to Leen Bakker. Leen Bakker was acquired in July 2017 by Gilde Equity Management from Blokker Holding.

Started the online grocery channel for Jumbo including pick up point delivery, home delivery & B2B. Launched the online B2C channel in 2014 and the online B2B channel in 2016. Responsibilities include:• Online sales & margin.• User Experience improvement & Proposition development.• Category Management & assortment development.• Commercial programs with suppliers, brands & manufacturers.• Lead product owner for technical development & roadmap management of Jumbo.com & the Jumbo mobile app. • Led the insourcing of all development activities & the set-up of five Agile/Scrum teams in 2016.• Online marketing & Online customer retention, loyalty & customer service.

Started the E-commerce business for V&D and developed it into 10% share of total non-food sales (FY 2013). • Full P&L responsibility for all E-Commerce & Omni Channel activities within V&D. • Built & managed the V&D E-commerce organization to a team of 45 high performance professionals. Reported directly to the CEO.• Online marketing & Online customer retention and loyalty.• IT development & roadmap management.• Assortment & Stock management (80.000 sku’s), logistics, fulfillment, Click & Collect & supply chain optimization

Integrated & expanded E-commerce activities for TNT Postal Services for both B2C and B2B (among others: Online SME stamp shop, B2C Gift shop, Online Postal Card shop).

Program manager for the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines account, including the development of KLM.com, online booking tools, online check in applications & online campaigns. Worked on projects for other accounts such as: Nuon, TNT Post, Wehkamp, Volkswagen, ASN Bank and Royal Vopak.

Held several positions within the organisation as part of a Dutch Central Government Trainee Program.
