As the Director of Sales Enablement at Hub, I was charged with continuing to grow the Sales Enablement platform that was used by Hub's regional sales teams. As the Product Manager of Dynamics CRM at Hub, I tackled implementing solutions for the various teams throughout the organization including the Insurance sales teams, Risk Services consulting group, Corporate Marketing and Communications team, Financial division, and Wholesale operations. The overall deployment involved a user group 3000 in 26 regional location throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

As a contracted Project Manager, I spent 4.5 months with Hub International assisting with the pre-deployment phases involved with implementing a new Sales Enablement platform focused around Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As a Project Manager I built credibility, established rapport, and maintained communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those internal to the organization. I was also charged with defining and initiating projects as well as assigning consultants to carry out projects. Finally and most importantly, I worked towards ensuring the ultimate success and acceptance of the program that we implemented for all of our customers.
