On the post sales end the hosting business, as the central point of contact, Noemi processes signed hosting agreements and drives the onboarding of all hosting services. Upon the completion of onboarding of services, she maintains frequent communication with hosting clients and assists with annual and miscellaneous service requests.With a quickly expanding annuity services division at Meridian IT and two (2) data center facilities, Noemi assists in maintaining open communication with engineers, operations staff, data center representatives, Account Managers, Management Team and clients. Furthermore, she assists in the provision of formal reports and services summaries to document milestone services and/or service impacting changes. In parallel to the client services, Noemi is also engaged in managing multiple internal projects and initiatives, among them the execution of scheduled maintenance services, the refinement of the support escalation process, adjustment of the emergency support line, etc., and communicating progress to the cloud team.

As part of the service coordination, Noemi created the service contracts, processed executed contracts, scheduled the execution of services and confirmed service completion with contracts. During this time, Noemi assisted in integrating the resources and establishing processes to increase efficiency in invoicing, communication, deliverable creation and project management.
