I am a data analyst at heart. I love working with data and problem solving, it is truly my passion in life. I worked in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as a spatial analyst for 7 years. After a break from the GIS field I worked at a credit union preforming some accounting tasks. It was this experience that inspired me to acquire a education and work in accounting. I am a strong believer in team work and finding solutions to data problems and processes. My professional experiences have made me a strong communicator. I am no stranger to communicating with members of the community and multiple inter-department staff. Working towards success and efficiency with others has always been satisfying.I am the type of professional that knows the value to taking the time to understand the operations and data processes of a business. This approach has allowed me to mainstream processes that has saved money and time.In many of the jobs I worked in I had to learned different software in a short period while attending to daily tasks. These types of experiences have given me the ability to adapt during a dynamic and busy time. I am not afraid to jump right into a job and do my best.
