CurrentScheduling internal and external meetings and events, assisting with LA Culture Crew administrative duties, managing Google calendar and weekly newsletter.Assisting MD’s and Account Leads with client visits and meetings, ordering catering and greeting visitors and vendors, issuing fobs and business cards.Managing domestic and international shipments, facilities and inventory, expense reports, office organization and supplies orders.Assisting with marketing and PR tasks, including binding and shipping proposals.Providing support to all the other North American offices as needed.
