•Serving a 200+ employee alone when it comes to:-Establishing a Database & personal filling system.-Giving the first day induction session for new hires covering the company history, culture, polices & code of conduct to make sure they have the full background before being part of the entity.-Legalities and labor law enforcement.-Social and Medical Insurance Enrollment.-Involvement in employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating employees.-Benefits and activities programs implementation to engage team members resulting a clear ROI.

-Work with the clients on the job analysis and advising on an adequate job posting.-Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals.-Find candidates by conducting keyword searches on internal recruitment databases.-Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants with defined job vacancies.-Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.-Select, recommend and identifying suitable candidates who may already be at work through Wuzzuf database.-Develop and manage clients relationships.-Ensure that candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times.

Working as French Representative at Nokia Solutions And Networks Alarm Account added to me a lot of values and skills as i didn't work as just an agent who pick up the phone to answer calls..I have the leadership and directive role in the scene until problem solved because it's an account with special nature which timing is the most important factor ,even the second has its value ..Customers calling 24/7 reporting issues in their devices and seeking an immediate support so we have to gather every tiny detail about customer's issue and on the spot we have to search for the appropriate engineer for the case, (based on schedule & country) via an international shared tool, to begin work on the issue and solve it shortly and we have to follow up with engineer and client until then and till case closed.Managerial tasks within my original title:-Monitoring the Team following standards of quality specified by the client to calculate every agent's performance by the end of each week.-Shift leading and controlling the floor in case of absence of supervisor.-Assisting the Trainer by delivering updates to the team.And finally: Assisting the HR Department in french phone screening and recruitment .
