It's a (From Scratch Challenge) with the following duties:-Preparing strategic HR business plan for growth.-Refining People Plan and day to day activities, closely aligning them to the strategy, the needs of the business and the needs of our clients.-Developing value-add solutions that align with business objectives.-Assisting business leaders solving organization, people & change related issues.-Evaluate the business need and develop a hiring plan accordingly.-Strategically manage workforce planning including attracting, developing and retaining talents.-Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.-People engagement & motivation.-Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
