Processing invoices: maintaining an invoice log for the 3 separate companies operating out of Foxconn's Plainfield plant (processing all of the plant's invoices from start to finish, scheduling payment for both invoices & internally generated check requests). Working with the plant's various department heads to obtain all requisite supporting documentation/signatures before entering the invoice into our SAP software by recording a corresponding journal entry.Communicating with vendors: responding to e-mails/answering phone calls from the plant's numerous vendors. Additionally, I bill many of the invoices that Foxconn is billed for, to our strategic partner HP, which necessitates constant contact with them as well. I also prioritize vendor requests for payment on overdue accounts, following up with all parties to ensure timely payment.

Managing liquor store: training & supervising new employees; following & capitalizing on the latest trends in beer, liquor & wine; locating products & answering questions for customers.Preparing bank deposits: counting down the registers at end of day; calculating total daily & weekly revenue (cash, check & card sales); readying the day’s cash and checks for deposit & card receipts for filing. Performing reconciliations: locating errors in fellow employees’ math when daily revenue totals calculated by hand differed from those provided by the POS system.

Multi-tasking: learned how to interact with customers from every walk-of-life; fielded questions/complaints all while readying the store for the next shift (stocking, cleaning, etc.).
