Duties include, but are not limited to:- Lead multiple consultants to achieve the team targets and objectivesBe fully accountable and responsible for his/her team’s success and failuresManage team and client escalationsManage team risk and controlMotivate consultants by involving them, encouraging idea generation, promoting the team- Participate in recruitment and training- Perform weekly one-on-ones and monthly performance reviews with your consultants- Gather data to manage your team properly and to feedback to management- Coach and guide consultants towards achieving their best- Manage discipline within the team

Duties included but were not limited to:- Daily interaction with clients- Daily interaction with the biggest Financial Service Providers, including the big 5 banks- Investigating complaints and queries from clients and applying the best solutions

Duties included but were not limited to:- Handling and resolving customer queries telephonically, via Zendesk, Skype, Live chat and email- Payment processing- New client on-boarding (KYC/AML FICA Standards)- Assisting clients with online queries i.e. registration, order creation, managing and resolving customer complaints- Provide customers with product and service information; following up customer calls where necessary and ensuring that all given tasks are handled in a timely manner
