My current role is to effectively lead and develop the Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) Claims team to ensure performance and service targets are met as well as manage the delivery of exceptional customer service and provision of technical support.

Tendering on new installation contracts, reviewing new building blue prints, planning meetings with Construction Contractors to ensure dimensions required for lift installations are precise before placing the order with the factory in China.Liaise with Contractors throughout the installation process, site inspections during the build to ensure no cost over runs on the project. Complete post mortem evaluations upon completion of work to ensure project was completed on budget and as efficiently as possible.

In my role as Team Leader at the Northern Call Centre, I have been responsible for....Identifying and organising individual training requirements and arranging for training to be completed for team members. Identifying development needs and implement continual training. Providing feedback from team members on Customer related matters and Performance Reviews.Responding to enquiries and referrals.Identifying area;s where we can improve our team efficiency.Administrative work, e.g. Payroll matters and the implementation of Skills Based Pay training for my team.Assist with the recruitment process.Contribute towards a fun and productive workplace. During my time as a Team Leader in the Northern Call Centre I have been involved in a wide variety of duties including recruitment, training, coaching and identifying needs for any change in procedure.My work involved close involvement with team members and I was the first point of reference relating to customer or technology issues.Ultimately I was responsible for the smooth day to day running of the Call Centre and would alwways seek to provide a close working relationship with all of my team members.
