Part of the Loan Origination team. Responsible for working with our in-house CRM software, collaborating with loan officers, and enhancing the overall UI/UX experience to support and expedite the loan origination process.

As a member of the CRM team, I am responsible for overseeing the implementation and adoption of Salesforce as our replacement CRM. In this role, I work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and design solutions. I am also responsible for enforcing best practices and design patterns for our apex code. This includes performing code reviews, mentoring other developers, and implementing scheduled testing runs to ensure the quality and reliability of our codebase.I also work on variety of our micro services to help integrate out partners into our ecosystem. As a member of the Billing Development Team, I played a critical role in maintaining our current application that enables our billing team to visualize, correct, and create data related to our end-of-month process. I also co-developed an application to replace our legacy system, streamlining our billing and invoice generation processes for the business.In addition to my billing-focused work, I was also a member of the Core Development team, where I worked on a variety of different features and requests from across the company. I helped in the creation of a Course Registration (LMS) replacement web application for the University of Colorado, Boulder. I developed rigorous testing scripts and documentation that ensured seamless system functionality. In addition to my API development work, I also played a role in implementing continuous system monitoring using Nagios, which allowed us to proactively identify and address issues before they impacted users. As part of my role, I also co-developed several RESTful APIs for the web application, streamlining system processes and improving overall functionality.Throughout the project, I was trained on and utilized agile development methodology, including running sprints and scrums, which allowed me to contribute effectively and collaboratively to the team's success.
