Gathered all incident descriptions and physical evidence through communications and arrangements with the operations and engineering departments. Performed any audit of procedure or analyses of involved MWD mechanical components, electrical components, firmware, or software necessary to draw a hypothesis of an incident's root-cause. Developed novel experiments and custom equipment to test hypotheses. Wrote lab reports to document the investigative process in its entirety and record the results and conclusions. Presented and defended investigation conclusions to executive team members and representatives of departments involved in an incident.
