• Managing the development of interns, providing effective coaching and mentorship• Conducting process investigations to streamline and realign existing processes• Managing staff requirements and needs through feasibility studies and appropriate recommendations to area management• Attending and providing meaningful input into area leadership events and diversity forums• Compiling business cases to present to regional and national management, for realigning existing outlet infrastructure and deploying new outlets
