Paid Media Specialist
CurrentAt RD I am responsible for generating qualified leads at the top of the funnel and also increasing the volume of re-conversions in the marketing funnel. With the team, we plan and execute the monthly media plan for the funnels, and the operation takes place using tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads. With the paid media strategy, I help the company achieve its business goals and grow in the market.Additionally, I am also responsible for generating leads for the partner program that RD Station has. I work closely with the marketing team to identify the right partnership opportunities and develop specific campaigns to reach potential partners. This has helped the company expand its reach and increase its customer base.Another one of my responsibilities is to take care of the entire paid media strategy for RD Summit, the largest marketing and sales event in Brazil. As the person in charge of planning and executing paid media campaigns, I work to ensure that the event reaches the right audience and achieves its business objectives. This experience allows me to develop valuable skills in project management and marketing strategy.Overall, as a Senior Paid Media Analyst at RD Station, I have a key role in lead generation and the company's growth. My experience and knowledge in various paid media tools allow me to develop effective campaigns and successful strategies that help the company achieve its business goals. I am excited to continue growing at RD Station and helping the company reach new heights.
Media Coordinator
Becoming a team leader gave me the responsibility of not only managing our media budget, but also managing the people who make this happen. I have to make sure everyone knows their assignment and responsabilities and how this affect our results. My job is to make sure everyone gets their jobs done in a safe enviroment. I am still managing our campaigns and applying the needed strategies in order to reach our daily goals. Also, I am in charge of the "Ad Session", which is a consultancy for the people in our mentorship FL Insider.
Ad Manager
Once I made my transition to the ads area, I received new and more challenging responsibilities. Now, together with the team, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies in the areas of content, lead generation and sales for the Product Launch Formula and also KlickPages, a software where you can build your own landing pages without the need to know how to code. Working mainly with Google Ads and Facebook Ads, I was also chosen to implement paid traffic strategies on LinkedIn. Investments exceed 7 digits in the main projects and we managed to maintain a positive return over investment even with the high scale at which we operate. Our work ranges from thinking about how campaigns will work to the end where we analyze the results and take actions based on the numbers. In the middle of the process, our greatest dedication is in optimizing campaigns, always seeking results within the cost target and still increasing the reach of our actions. I had the opportunity to record a course focused on Google Ads and Facebook Ads for KlickPages VIP customers and I am also part of the video content line, "get the hands dirty lives", as a presenter (available on the KlickPages YouTube channel). I also provide ad-related support for Erico Rocha's Insider mentoring group.
Social Media Manager
I joined Ignicao Digital to be responsible for Erico Rocha's and KlickPages's social media. At this time I was able to put into practice my knowledge of content and community management, while studying how digital product launches work, focusing mainly on paid traffic (ads). As a social media manager, my tasks also included the data collect and analysis and the execution of sponsored content boosting campaigns, in addition to their eventual optimizations. On some occasions I also had the chance to write scripts for video ads.
Social Media Manager
My first experience in an advertising agency was exactly what I needed to define my skills and what I'm capable of. I joined 7 Pontos as an intern, with some small goals, but in just 2 months, already hired, I found myself participating in large projects for the agency's most important clients. In a team of 4 people, despite never having been officially coordinator, several times I was responsible for managing these people and the team's tasks. So I started to develop leadership skills, which I still see a long way to learn. And what I never failed to do during the entire period I spent at the agency was to get my hands dirty. I had a high load of demands and responsibilities, and I always tried to take advantage of this to make the most of each necessary skill and thus become a more complete professional. My job was to produce content for the clients social media, which meant texts and design. This is also where I had my first contact with paid media in my entire career. After learning the concepts of Facebook Ads, I became responsible for planning, executing and optimizing sponsored campaigns for Facebook and Instagram. In offline media projects, I was responsible for writing and proofreading for print, in addition to writing scripts for TV commercials and radio spots, as well as monitoring and co-directing the recordings. And it was also here that I had the opportunity to study how to apply Inbound Marketing, going from planning to executing campaigns, going through monitoring the production of content for the blog (made by Rock Content) and writing and executing e-mail marketing campaigns.
Marketing Intern
Sebrae stands for Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small Businesses. The 13 months I spent as an intern at Sebrae DF (their branch in the Federal District) were where I really discovered and started to explore my digital marketing skills. At the beginning I was only responsible for keeping social media up to date, then I identified the lack of a well-defined strategy and managed to implement in the company's culture the importance that these platforms have in the entire process. After a few months of working on this plan (together with my supervisor and a consultant from Sebrae itself), we were able to implement well-structured strategies and metrics to be sought and achieved in campaigns. The work is no longer just posting content on Facebook and has become one of the most direct ways of communicating this Sebrae unit with its target audience. My attributions ranged from creating content for social media to planning digital actions to capture and serve customers. In addition, I participated in the writing for internal communication and proofreading of texts for the web. I also developed advertising strategies for events on social networks and updated website content on the WEM platform. I am very proud of everything I did and the time I spent at Sebrae, for everything I learned and because I'm sure I left a very positive legacy.
Design Intern
INSS is the brazilian social security institute. My job was to design banners for the branch's internal communication.
Social Media Intern
Circula Agency was a joint project with the Secretary of State and Culture of the Federal District with the objective of promoting, managing and publicizing independent bands and artists from the Federal District, in their most varied styles. The company operated in the form of an incubator, where we managed and supported these artists to boost their careers and spread culture in the city. I joined as an intern in the final months of the project, where we managed to renew for another 2 months due to the results obtained, and then it ended. My tasks were directly linked to the content creation for Circula's social media, in addition to writing for web and print for events promoted by the company. Along with that, I participated in projects working in the creation of web banners and producing advertising strategies for events through social networks.
