As I identified opportunities, I seized them; resulting in reducing manpower requirements by 25%, eliminating overtime and increasing productivity 15%.

Mynama, Bahrain

I began my time in Mynama, Bahrain managing several divisions at the same time. As the Strategic and Future Operations Director where I scheduled port visits and logistics for ships in multiple countries. Secondly, I collaborated with 30+ foreign Dignitaries to schedule anti-piracy/drug operations in the Indian Ocean. Lastly, I took charge of two construction projects. I must attribute my personality and likeability to my success in all these endeavors.

At the beginning of the Syria Crisis, I was selected, for my reputation to get things done, to develop and implement a crisis management center at international organization and trained 40 employees in 48 hours with 100% crisis accountability, cutting response time 50% and increasing communications 80% across multiple divisions. I continued to lead special projects and crisis-support teams with Presidential-level attention on an as-needed basis and due to my intelligence, operations prowess and detailed planning, all my missions had Zero casualties and 100% operational success.

Camp Lemonier, Djibouti

I volunteered to go to Djibouti, and I enjoyed my time there. I developed, implemented and lead the Counter-Terror team and action plans for Seven African countries. I also facilitated communications between divisional and international offices, ensuring clarity around policies, procedures, strategic goals, and performance management.

Bremerton, Washington

My time in Bremerton was fun. I did so enjoy providing leadership, motivation and mentorship to more than 30 personnel across my multiple divisions. As Director of Intelligence Systems, I re-engineered organizational policies, procedures and processes with objective to increase productivity by 15% while improving quality and on time delivery.

The Pentagon, Washington Dc

During my time at the Pentagon, As the Global Naval Crisis Executive Director, I briefed White House Staff, Congress, Senators, National Agencies, Military Secretaries, Joint Chiefs and Senior Military Leadership on world-wide, real time strategic topics. My time at Camp Smith was rewarding. Honolulu, Hawaii

While in Honolulu, I was responsible for information and intelligence on every island-nation in the Pacific Ocean. I wrote multiple Country analysis papers, Military Capabilities Studies and operational procedures. As the North Korea Crisis Management Executive Director, I lead Ten personnel in administrative and training tasks with 100% efficiency and accountability.

My time in Japan was spent between Two bases as a base police officer. Starting my career in the Navy, I qualified as a flight-deck troubleshooter, responsible for all systems on the EA-6B “PROWLER” Electronic Attack aircraft.
